The Glen Burnie Recreation Association will start its 69th year of dance classes beginning the week of September 16th. The program is open to anyone who is at least 3 years of age by September 1, 2024.  Regular classes are one hour long and include ballet and tap instruction.  Jazz instruction is included for those seven and older. Registration is still open. Mail in or drop off, in our secured locked mail box located on our front porch.  All information is subject to change. Please know, only dancers and staff are allowed inside our building.  

**We are following all CDC guidelines and recommended safety precautions.

Tuition for Regular Classes

Tuition is $225 per student which reflects a discount for cash or check. 

Tuition is $230 per student when using credit. 

Dancer are not enrolled until tuition is paid.

There will be a $30 charge for returned checks. Checks should be made payable to GBRA.

You may download and print the registration form. Once fully completed you can either mail or drop off the forms with full payment in the secure locked mail box located on the front porch of the studio.

Special Classes

Confirmation of what class your dancer is placed in.

Specialty classes are being offered in addition to regular dance classes:  You must enroll in one of the regular classes in order to register for any of the Specialty classes.

You will not receive any confirmation of which class you dancer is in, other than the one time list to the website.

 

We will call you if there is a problem with your first choice or if a class is full when your registration is processed.

(only registration forms with payment received by 8/28/24 will be posted. )

No further updates will be posted. 


If you are not contacted by the studio, then you should plan to attend the first day of your first choice class.

Be sure to like our Facebook page so that you can get reminders and special posts about any changes and carefully read all emails.


Keep the first 2 pages of your registration form handy- you should refer to this before calling, emailing  or posting any question on Facebook.


At this time, GBRA will determine closures due to weather or emergencies. Please call the studio after 2:30 p.m. at 410-768-1058 for information regarding closures.
